By purchasing from JL Warehouse, in-store or online, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms apply to all retail, wholesale, and pallet purchases.

2. Product Condition

Many of our products are liquidation, overstock, or customer returns.

All merchandise is sold as-is unless otherwise stated. Customers are encouraged to inspect items before purchase.

Minor imperfections, packaging damage, or variations may occur.

3. Return Policy

Standard merchandise may be returned within 15 days in original condition, subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All pallet sales are final and non-refundable.

Delivery fees are non-refundable.

4. Delivery Terms

• Delivery is curbside unless otherwise agreed.
• Customer must ensure clear access and proper measurements before purchase.
• JL Warehouse is not responsible if items do not fit inside your home.
• Once delivered and accepted, responsibility transfers to the customer.

5. Order Pickup

Orders must be picked up within agreed timeframe.
Storage fees may apply for delayed pickups.

6. Pricing & Errors

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inventory mistakes, or listing inaccuracies at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

JL Warehouse is not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Misuse of products

• Assembly errors done by customer

8. Chargebacks

Customers must contact us directly to resolve disputes before filing chargebacks. Fraudulent disputes may be contested.
